Application: Two opponents are attacking from West (left upper body punch) and East (right arm upper body punch). The opponents are countered with a hook hand and palm heel strike.
Form: The opponent attempts a right hand strike from West to East.. The opponents left arm is deflected and grasped by my left hand. My right forearm lightly pushes along the top of my opponents forearm pulling him forwards. My right hand forms a hook hand and strikes towards opponents arm to his throat.*
Form: The opponent attempts a left hand strike from East to West.. I turn towards East as per form. My left forearm blocks out the opponents right hand punch and my left arm rotates above my elbow while in contact with opponents forearm, striking with a palm heel towards his coller bone. My end posture is upright my right arm retains the hook.
Free Fight: Generally defences against a right or left handed attack from any direction aimed at head to middle body. First encounter of multiple attacks.
*A third technique would seem apparent against an opponent grabbing both my wrists instead of throwing a strike. From 'Push' one appears to pull back the left hand using the waist and form footwork. As the turn is applied, if the opponent continues to hold on to both my wrists he is uprooted and spun first to my left and then back to my right.
