Left Brush Knee and
Push
Left Brush Knee and Push
Application: Opponent is attacking from East (Single handed
right lung punch).
Form: The opponent is countered with a downward back hand deflect with the right arm
from White Crane posture, followed by a connect with the left forearm, this second
connection sticks and follows the opponents right arm into a grab to his upper right
arm / shoulder followed by a palm heel strike with your right arm to the middle body.
Free Fight: Generally defences against a single handed attack from any direction
aimed at middle / upper body.
The complexity of this moves follows the principle of sticking and adhering. One lets go
of the strike with the right arm deflection, but is still connected by your left forearm. This
connection remains unbroken through the moment of impact of the right hand strike.
The action both deflects his punch and exposes the opponents middle body.
